2023 Update: Try sending your stablecoins like USDC or USDT to your other wallets via the Polygon or Algo networks for very cheap fees. Just make sure the addresses on both sides match correctly. If you do not know how to do this, use my CONTACT form and I will walk you through how to do it.

The fees can be expensive.

If for whatever reason the coins above are not on one or both of the exchanges or wallets you are trying to send money to, a good alternative that is often widely available with low fees is Bitcoin Cash.
